At FlyBag, we aim to provide a smooth shopping and delivery experience. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be required.

  • 1. Order Cancellation
    • Customers may cancel their order before packaging or dispatch.
    • Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
    • FlyBag reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing. Customers will be notified in such cases.
  • 2. Refunds
    • Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
    • If the wrong item is delivered.
    • Refunds will be initiated after verification and will reflect in the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Situations
    • Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
    • If an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
    • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
    • For perishable items (such as fresh groceries) unless they are delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.
