    • Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the chosen slot.
    • Accurate addresses and contact numbers must be provided to avoid delays.
  • 3. Delivery Charges & Free Delivery
    • Free or discounted delivery may apply for orders above a minimum purchase value (as per FlyBag’s ongoing offers).
    • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • 4. Delays & Rescheduling
    • In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, or logistical issues), the FlyBag team will promptly notify customers.
    • Customers may choose to reschedule delivery at a convenient time.
