- 2. User Account
- You must create and maintain an account to place orders.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- FlyBag reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violations.
- 3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
- Payments must be completed using available options (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, COD if applicable).
- FlyBag may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or incorrect pricing.
- 4. Shipping & Delivery
- Deliveries are fulfilled as per the available time slots selected by the customer.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information. FlyBag is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time, the order may be rescheduled or canceled.
- 5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for wrong, defective, or damaged items.
- Perishable items are not returnable unless delivered incorrectly or damaged
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- 6. Limitation of Liability
- FlyBag is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or third-party issues).
- Product images on the app are for representation only; actual products may vary slightly.
- 7. Policy Changes
- FlyBag reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
